Am loving all the dog photos today. so many shown to illustrate the theme of waiting and all absolutely just gorgeous like this little one. they wait for us forever, don't they?
I love this post, and thank you for visiting mine. You and I had the identical idea -- a dog waiting in a recreational spot characteristic of our local area.
I am following up the waiting photo with a few days of a little photo story about what the dog did after waiting.
yea, i agree with you...they are a godd companion, sad to say, couldn;t have one here, we live in a small apartment,no room for dogs...^0^ nice capture of this foto... is it a he? looks very cute! ^0^

Those also serve who only sit and wait. Love this shot and your wonderful comments on my site and at others. Thank you.
Oh how sweet! Dogs are the best, aren't they? How's your count going?
Is not easy to catch a dog in pose, you did it well and with spectacular colors! A quite unusual choice for this theme day.
If he snuggles in there he cannot be left behind. Is he a corgi? The colour of the canoe is eye-popping and lay-down gorgeous.
This is one of the more creative takes on the theme. Excellent photo!
This is adorable!
Aw-so cute!
This is just too cute. They sure do wait patiently for us.
wow, this is way cute. does he really like to go kayaking? great choice for theme day
