Weenie King
The Weenie King, a local institution, brings his cart with its fine sausages and condiments to all fairs and city events, including the "Christmas Around Town". He can also be found outside the public library all summer long. The Weenie King makes me truly regret that I don't like hot dogs.

I do like them and I'd be happy to eat some of the King's weenies even now at 10.00am. I'll cheer me up with some pizza...
«Louis» is right in line behind Vogon Poet, even though it's (accordlng to him), 10:00 a.m.!
The photo reminds «Louis» of a hilarious sequence in
"A Confederacy of Dunces" where the protagonist of the novel eats most of the contents of his own hot dog cart - and the consequences...
I've never eaten a hot dog from a stand before but I bet they are good. I've never seen an actual hot dog cart except for in movies,lol...and in Mexico, but I have never eaten one there. My husband loves them but I'll just take his word for it,lol..they prepare them differently with a crema.
very colorful picture!
Hi Louis La Vache!
I lived some place once where they were outlawed unless they had bathrooms and running water. Can you imagine?
One of the best ways to enjoy a hot dog is buying it from a place like this. I'll have two please.
We have a lady who sells similar items in our downtown square. The city "fathers" tried to run her off but the community revolted and they had to back off.
No, silly, Del Webb's not still alive...but his name lives on in a variety of housing developments across the nation.
We lived in Phoenix in the early 60s when he came into prominence building Arizona's Sun City!
Oh but I do...I wish we had a Weenie King:)
