Sign of the Times

Posted on the library door: "Patrons with flu symptoms are asked to refrain from using the library..."

I know, it's an odd photo, but it works for me. See more of the world in monochrome at The Monochrome Weekly, presented by Aileni.

It really hasn't hit here yet. But, with the tourist season getting under way, it won't be long.

Cover your cough and wash hands frequently. They should have written those.

Wow...I haven't seen anything like that. I guess I appreciate the request, but I doubt people really honor it.

i have heard of santa's who wash the hands of every child before they sit on their lap!
in the Netherlands the flu is retreating.
In fact, cruel as it may sound, it killed less people than the ordinary spanish influenza.

"Patrons with flu symptoms (who probably don't have the flu but we're clueless) are asked to refrain from using the library..."

Nice reflection in this one.

Do you have many "cases" in your area? My daughter-in-law had the flu last week and now my younger son has it. I think they are right to tell people to be cautious. Thank you very much for commenting on my blog.

And don't come back until you're well read...oops, I mean well!

Can't blame 'em. Who wants a bunch of swine-flu infected people festering in a library?
