The problem with solar

This shot of a solar powered speed sign in Three Rivers is for my dear friend Kathleen in Berkeley, California who has a solar power installation company. Sorry dear, it just doesn't work well here. Especially in the winter.

Blue is Back

Wow sunshine coming in the window this morning woke me up - what is that big bright light in the sky?

Despite the sunshine, swimming is discouraged when the water is hard and cars are driving around on it.

Big Bag

The Biggest Big Bags will be on sale on January 30th. Perhaps the sign means means something else; I may have to go see.

2 Much Snow 2 Paddle

This is one of my favorite local signs, for a canoe outfitter. But today if you look closely - the canoe is full of snow!

(The outfitter's name is good too - "Liquid Therapy.")

It has been quite a while since I have seen so many bumper stickers in one place as on this pickup truck that I spotted here in town!
