Spent most of the day in a meeting, but I did catch this shot of a boy slogging to school with his musical instrument case. The sign announces free parking, if you can get to it through the slush. (Behind the "white house", downtown.)
I'll have to show this picture to my grandson the next time he complains about walking to his classroom from the car in the cold! The sky looks so pretty in this shot.

Snow is very pretty when it first comes down...but then it turns to slush and it's not pretty at all!
Nice shot, though. Still looks cold. We're starting to warm up - should be back in the 70s in a couple of days (which is our normal)! Yeah!
«Louis'» eye is drawn to those wisps of clouds against that blue sky.
this boy is a real trooper!
pretty blue skies despite the slush.
A nice shot in a quite cold setting. Those clouds are amazing!
the "White House" never looked better than in this winter shot! Have you been inside it yet?
but ditto the glory of the clouds. oh, if one could jump into a bubblebath sky!

Snow can go from beautiful to ugly so quickly!

The sky and the snow match!
I'm not too sure why I don't want to even try to park there. Lovely sky and street scene.
oh, yes, the joys of carrying a musical instrument to school in slushy weather! Good kid!
Great sky in that shot.
