Aftermath


After the fall colors the leaves fall, and after the leaves fall there is raking, sweeping, blowing -- and, where still legal, burning.

I loved to do this as kid, obviously supervised... Now I think is not legal even here, too dangerous.

Lots of raking and burning coming up at the cottage. Not in or near Stockholm, obviously. Further out in the countryside. We took down a few trees recently.

It is still legal here. But some days there is so much smoke it is hard to breathe.
