Monochrome
Shadows and reflections on the beautiful mansion built by EJ Buys in the 1890s. A downtown storefront still has a stained glass window that features his name. I did get to tour the house, which is now a bed-and-breakfast (Voyagers Inn). Besides the beautiful windows and woodwork, its interesting to see how people lived then, with the public and private spaces, and the servants' section of the house.

A fine building still. It seems to have an antiqued look until it is enlarged, then the detail flies out.
Welcome toMono Weekly.
I'm starting to look forward to what you post next. I love the way the shadows from the trees play on the house.
Lovely shot and I agree, the shots look even better full size.
