Makes me think it is a memorial.... not so appealing to me. Great photo still!

This reminds me of the most decorated, plasticly that is, piece of ground I have ever seen: the small cemetery in Armstrong Creek, Wisconsin, where miniature landscapes surrounded every headstone.
The best inscription on a tombstone is also there: "I told you I was sick."
