Brittle ice still holds some nice shadows. The resident pair of swans are visible in the distance. This is the section of the Portage River in Three Rivers called "Hoffman Pond" - here's another shot from the same spot taken last September:

No doubt you are ready for winter to end! It must have been a tough one on the waterfowl, including your two local swans.
